Immediate Teeth on Same Day

Under certain conditions decayed and/or loose teeth can be removed, the implants placed and on the same day temporary caps placed onto the dental implants. This process is call immediate temporization or "new teeth on the same day". There is one extremely important requirement and that is there must be adequate bone present to accept the implants and have the implants be highly stable so that they can receive the temporary caps and have no movement. After a period of approximately four to six months the temporary caps are converted to permanent porcelain caps.
