Multiple Implant Case #1

Implants: 2

This patient was missing her two front teeth. It was her desire to have two individual front teeth and hence two implants were used to replace the two front teeth.

This patient was missing her two upper front teeth. Two implants were used to replace the two front teeth as seen in the post-op x-ray.

This patient was missing her two front side teeth from birth. Two implants were placed to give her two new teeth and close up the spaces which were previously present. Braces were also utilized to help create the right spacing for the dental implants and caps.

Multiple Implant Case #4

This patient had an upper front tooth that was malformed and much too small for the space that was present. The treatment consisted of the removal of this small “baby like” tooth and it was replaced with a dental implant and a cap. Orthodontics was used also to help create the right amount of space for the cap over the implant.

This patient had a bridge on the upper right and a missing tooth on the upper left. She did not want to continue with the bridge. As a result two dental implants were placed as well as periodontal treatment. A cap was also placed on her own teeth to create full harmony of the upper front area.

This patient had two upper front teeth that were missing since birth. (This is very common) Dental implants were placed to replace the missing roots of the teeth and then caps were placed over the two implants.

This patient had her four upper front teeth with root canals and caps. The caps continued to come off of the teeth since there was nothing holding them in place as seen in the pre-op photo. The four teeth were removed and four dental implants were placed. Each cap was an individual tooth as opposed to being connected together.

This patient had been wearing a complete lower plate that was loose. Four dental implants were placed, the bone was rebuilt and then a denture was made to snap onto the four dental implants. The lower denture is exceptionally stable at this time.

This patient had a traumatic injury from playing lacrosse. Unfortunately several teeth were fractured and these teeth were not able to be saved. It was deemed to be more prudent to remove the teeth, build the bone and place dental implants. Four dental implants were placed to support the new caps. In addition some of the upper front teeth were capped.

This patient had upper front teeth which were broken down and decayed. It was not feasible to save the upper front teeth. The upper front teeth were removed, six dental implants placed and then a bar was placed on top of the six dental implants. This bar was created to help support the upper denture that was made without any coverage of the roof of the mouth.

This patient had severely broken down teeth in the upper front area. There were previous root canals. Reoccuring abcesses took place. It was necessary to remove all the broken down teeth and replace the upper front area with dental implants and caps. Additionally some caps were completed on the upper sides of the mouth. All of the caps are individual teeth.

As a result of the tremendous sucess of the upper front implants, the patient wanted two additional inplants in the lower right area.

This patient had advanced periodontal disease and it was necessary to remove multiple teeth and rebuild the bone. Following the regeneration of the bone, multiple implants were placed to replace the teeth that were lost.

This patient came to the office with ill fitting upper and lower partial plates and teeth that had significant gum and bone problems. It was determined that it would be best to remove all the teeth and place dental implants on the upper and lower. Teeth were placed onto the implants. These teeth are screwed onto the implants.

This patient had significant periodontal disease as well as missing teeth. The implants replaced the teeth that needed to be removed as well as replacing the teeth that were not present when the patient initially came to our office.

This patient had advanced periodontal disease (severe bone loss around the teeth) at a young age. Multiple teeth needed to be removed and dental implants placed. In addition a significant amount of bone rebuilding was completed. This was essential in order to place the implants.

This patient had many missing teeth as well significant periodontal disease around the remaining teeth. The patient traveled a long distance to our office and wanted to have the most predictable long term treatment available;hence, all of his teeth were removed on the lower and all but two teeth were removed on the upper and replaced by dental implants.

This patient had severe periodontal disease on the lower and an unstable upper denture. All of the teeth were removed, the bone rebuilt, and capping was completed throughout the full lower and upper.

This patient had significant periodontal disease throughout his mouth. Extractions were completed throughout the mouth, significant bone building was completed and then implants were placed on the upper and lower. All of the capping work is supported by the implants.
