General Anesthesia

General Anesthesia

Many patients are fearful about having periodontal/dental implant surgery. In order to allay these anxieties our office provides General Anesthesia administered by a masterful certified nurse anesthetist. With this approach, Dr. Alpert can focus all of his attention on the surgical aspects of treatment while the nurse anesthetist monitors the patient providing the utmost in safety for the patient.

Additionally, many patients want to have as much treatment completed as possible in one visit. Since this generally requires longer appointment times, the option of General Anesthesia is an excellent choice for keeping the patient 100% comfortable during the entire procedure.
